Arrows A18-Ford Formula 1

Professionnaly maintained by Ansa Motorsport, this F1 car bears a huge part of the F1 history. Founded by former Grand Prix driver and Le Mans winner Jackie Oliver in 1978, Arrows is the longest serving team without victory ! This car, driven by Damon Hill in the 1997 Formula One World Championship is the One taht came the closest to victory. In fact, Damon Hill was leading the race with a very substantial margin until the last lap f the Hungarian Grand Prix when a problem occured in the hydraulic command of the pneumatic gearshift. Lastly, he ended up second behind Jacques Villeneuve, on his way to his own world crown.

This car is the most successfull Arrows F1 car of all time. The privilege of driving a state of the art sequential F1 car is unique. Get behind the wheel of such a model, driven by a world champion of this stature is an opportunity that doesn’t come that often !

The Modena is the first car produced by the 21th century Ferrari factory. The first production car with an aluminium body and chassis. A brand new V8 engine and a totally new safe and easy handling. This Arrows A18 -Ford was the one that Brazilian driver Pedro Diniz used for the 1998 Grand Prix season. A little bit behind his prestigious team mate, Pedro was still a very successfull driver and a real gentleman. Maybe the last ever to enter Formula One... Then, the car was sold by Arrows and became a Michelin property.

The car was reliveried in a total Michelin scheme and scarcely used over the years for very selected events. Michelin, the world leading manufacturer in high class tires is the official provider of the tires for our Arrows F1 and Ferrari cars.
