PROGRAM OF THE DAY

Arrival of the drivers: 07h45 am
-
Welcome breakfast.

Preparation of the
drivers:
hood, suit, shoes, gloves…
-
Briefing : single-seater driving technique, safety, mass transfer,
braking, trajectories…
-
Discovery of the track with an instructor in one of our shuttles.
-
First
series of laps in F2000.
-
Individual corrections by the instructors.
-
Second series of F2000 laps, to apply the necessary corrections.
-
Lunch
prepared by the local caterer.
-
Briefing Formula 1.
-
Beginning of the F1 laps : each
driver
completes a session according to her/his program
-
4:00PM : End of the training session : Graduation ceremony.
